Craig's role is driving the business forward, harnessing the existing software products and services,
enterprise platform and the skills of the technology team to deliver innovative software system solutions for clients.
Key drivers are collaborating with clients to find ways to improve client engagement, staff productivity, business development
and manage business risk through smart software solutions.
His experience is primarily in business development, marketing and sales across a range of industries including software,
financial services, logistics, FMCG, food service/ingredients and retail. The initial 20 years were in corporate roles
in New Zealand and the Middle East (Dubai and Bahrain based).
In 2000 Craig retrained as a life coach with a focus on personal and business development plus change management.
In 2011 the focus was shifted to applying this full time in the financial services industry as a BDM to a national
financial adviser company before establishing Baseplate Consulting and the JV with Fab Software in 2013.

Jono has been employed in IT for over 30 years, during which time he has gained experience across many different systems and
problem domains. With the exception of a 2 year SAP integration contract, all of his development work has been around software
and tools in support of Financial Services within New Zealand and the UK.
Significant projects in that time include:
- Developed a commission recovery system for the UK insurance provider, Legal & General.
- Developed a commission processing system for FPG Research called “RNBP”.
- Integrated the Carter Holt Harvey Ashley factory custom ERP system with the SAP Global ERP.
- Designed and developed a configurable ETL data integration tool.
- Designed and developed an extensible data feed framework and multiple data feeds.
- Designed the Forte CRM UI metaphors, modular framework, and user capabilities.
- Designed the Forte database rules and design foundation, and a large proportion of the Data Model.
- Developed many aspects of the Forte Desktop.
- Designed and developed the NZIPM platform backend and reporting.
- Developed Ensure Insurance Needs Analysis and research micro-services.
- Assisted in assessing and designing our new micro-service architecture and CI/CD pipeline.
