We often roll out every week new features and bug fixes that is updated to a user without them even knowing (apart from the email that we send advising of the updates). Like current cloud technology where when an update to the software doesn't require installation of a programme update, BasePlate traditionally updates Friday nights. It is then monitored and ready for use on Monday morning. What could be simplier? |

Workflows allow you to apply a consistent approach to your interaction with clients or leads in your pipeline. Essentially you define what you want to happen if something else happens. For example when the status of a company changes from lead to Client then it creates a task in your's or another staff member's task list. |
Most people want to create documents such as reports, agreements and letters that incorporate the data from the CRM. You are able create a templated document, insert merge symbols (data) from the database and then choose to send that via email on a templated email or print out and pop in the post. Any templated document is automatically filed into the Company's or Contacts activity. |

Like the templated documents you are able to create templated emails that you are then able to insert any data from the CRM into the system and create multiple emails at once. You also have the ability to send beautiful HTML emails just like programmes like Mail Chimp. Again on sending the email it is copied to the contacts or Company's activity tab. |
Reports are made more powerful in BasePlate. Taking any data from the CRM including calculations and smart data symbols we are then able to allow a report to be custom designed to your requirements. You can even add parameters into your search requirements before running the report. |
