Simple Data Filtering |
Ranked Content Searching |
At the most simple level clicking on the Filter button allows you to filter the data based on the structured data formats that we have. For example you may want to filter down every contact in the system where their surname is between M and Z, they are aged between 40 and 50, and have a status "A Grade Contact." |
For slightly different search results using our more advanced tools allow you to search on a particular word or phrase and then across the contact or companies data, documents lodged against them (including the actual content of the document) and activity with that contact. |
Search Results are retained and appear in tree view |
Combine content search with filtering |
Any results produced through search results appear on the left hand side and retain them in the tree view. That means that while the system is open that search result is there for the day so you can refer back to it when required throughout the day while you get on with other stuff. |
If require you have the ability to combine the different types of search. For instance while you may want to complete a search on any contact, company, document or note that has the word "James" in it you can then use filtering to say on return only show information relating to a contact with a surname between "M and Z." |
