When opened up you will see a tree view on the left hand side allowing you to quickly open multiple levels of data. Clicking on any of the items in that Tree-view will load up the details of that particular contact or company on the right hand side where you can view details, activity and a lot more. |

You have the ability to quickly and easily update any information within the CRM simply by clicking on the relevant piece of data within the display pane and adjusting accordingly. |
One of the problems that you have with web-delivered CRM's is having the ability to work on multiple contacts or companies is difficult. We provide you the ability to open multiple tabs and so if someone phones while you are working on another client you can simply open a new tab, help the person on the other end of the phone and then close the tab and continue what you were working on. |

Updating client data one by one can be a pain which is why we have added a bulk edit tool. Simply filter your contacts or companies and then select bulk editing to change one or multiple fields on all those contacts or companies. |
