While BasePlate is an extremely powerful business tool that is able to handle a lot of business tasks we recognise that we don't do it all. Through our API layer we connect to external software providers such as Xero, Simpro, Infusion Business Software etc to provide information of account balances and job management back into BasePlate's customer page. |

Our database at both local (your machine) and central level is PostgreSQL. As an extremely powerful database tool PostgreSQL enables quick search and return functionality combined with security and backup layers meaning that your data is always protected. |
We recognise the importance of cloud in delivering off-site back up as well as data access for you. With you access the data directly from the cloud or run BasePlate in Sync mode your data is transferred to the cloud and then distributed to users within your group. |
